Welcome to our little corner of the world! We're Kiley and Kade, the co-founders of this bookstore. Our journey began with a shared love for reading and a passion for creating a space where book lovers can feel at home.
I, Kiley, have always been drawn to the mysterious and the macabre, envisioning a store that captures the essence of Salem, MA—moody, cozy, and full of character. My partner, Kade, shares my enthusiasm, he is just less of a black cat and more of a golden retriever.
Together, we're dedicated to crafting a haven where everyone feels welcome. We believe in celebrating all genres without censorship, embracing the diversity of literature and the readers who love it. Our goal is to build a community that supports and inspires each other, and we're excited to have you join us on this journey.

Giving Back However We Can
We're starting small. Right now we collect donations from people that are trying to declutter but don't want to just throw away books. We then donate them to a service name Bay State Book Company, whose mission is to keep books out of landfills by way of rehoming or recycling. You can read more about their mission here
